Teambly collects team, roster, and schedule information you or your program provide (player and coach names, team details), tournament data pulled from tournament platforms on your behalf, and phone numbers you provide for SMS notifications.
We use this information to operate Teambly's core functionality: tracking your team's tournament schedules, detecting changes, and sending you SMS alerts when you've opted in. We do not sell your information to third parties.
If you opt in to SMS notifications, we use your phone number solely to send schedule-related alerts for your registered team(s). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the notifications you have opted into.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices via our infrastructure provider (Supabase).
